Anyway, despite of all this issues I enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at a chalet on the ground floor. We stays here every year and love this place. Our chalet had everything we beed for comfortable staying. This time we met some troubles but the stuff reacted extremely quickly and solve every issue that took place.

So, our first morning was absolutely horrible because we woke up with huge amount of ants in our bed. They were everywhere: under a duvet, under a sheet and it was disgusting. But the staff immediately responded and processed the whole chalet, replaced our mattress and bed linen. This time we were enjoying the sea)

Good short stay for beach and pool attractions.

The hotel was generally well kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was good for us and the room size was great. The facilities were adequate as we went during off season. The beach was the main attraction. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good with a sufficient variety of items.

The room service and baggage services were very slow and almost unresponsive. As it was offseason there was little other attractions for the children and some variety would have been better. There was little else outside of the resort to do.

Would recommend!

The staff were extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr Hassan for resolving my issue (i had booked an incorrect date and only discovered the issue while checking in). Beach was great Private parking in front of chalet was a positive surprise.

Both beach and pools close at sunset. Would be nice to have an option to swim at night Food presentation and quality of main restaurant can be improved

Villa private pool is awesome, really indescribable Great hospitality of the staff specially Mr Ahmed receptionist and Mr hasan elsakka .. The beach is the best after rixos' beach

Good stay enjoying calm but not happiness and activities

Firstly the staff are really helpful Second the food was very good for 2 nights out of 3 Third the location is really good with almost clean beach Forth the place is brand new and luxurious

The most thing I did not like is the very poor animation team with repeated program every day was mini disco for kids only although we were in Eid Holliday and it was expected to be a lot of happiness there. Secondly the slope of floor in shower bath was wrong making water retention in the bath room all the time. Third No water sports as usual in north coast beaches. Forth No lifeguard on the beach most of the time. Fifth the football playground with extra charge Really I do not know why? Air condition is central and adjusted on 25 and you can not change it by any means I expect to have a lot versus 4500 Egyptian pound per night stay but it wasn't meet my expectations really

The staff specially at the restaurant were not polite.The quality of food was not good ,no much variety and not good taste. They consider the child till 6 years old only,otherwise if older you will pay more. There is a lot of flies especially in the restaurant.

The hotel is recently opened and still not 100% working For example kids area still not set up Only the main pool is working and wasn't so clean Cafe not fully working You feel the number of stuff is still incomplete Food varieties was limited They are not 100% working, they need to fill all the gaps soon or the results will be worse if they are 80% loaded for example as I think they are now only 30%
